“over the years i have had 3 of these (same model). loved them. they felt like they had quality components. the motor felt solid and on the strongest setting it gave a nice pressured massage.PRO:1: Color of product is the same.CONS:1: Everything.2: motor is terrible. half the strength of the old one. louder and feels like it raddles. when off feels solid in unit.3: the massage is like the same as the low setting on my old one. only this unit was 3 times louder. it reminded meof a motor that had no grease.CONCLUSION:i have gotten burned twice by the manufacture of Wahl. both were massagers. I WILL NOT BE BUYING anyproducts from them any more.”
