“This products description is very wrong- there is no ‘heat'. Even the manufacturer email's answer to my complaint about the heat setting acknowledged that - ‘I would call it warm. Not hot'. Its not even warm. Don't waste your money if you want heat. But a heating pad instead.”
“This unit was to replace my old Wahl 4290-300 Deep Tissue Percussion Therapeutic Massager. However, it is nothing close replacement. While the heated plate does warm the massaging head and it feels good to the skin, the massaging action has no muscle. Instead of punching, the head vibrates; feels like someone is trying to tickle your skin. This unit just did not do well in relieving my tired muscle but it you want a facial message, the facial attachment did worked. Unfortunately, the unit is too bulky for use as a facial massager. Hopefully this help anyone else who is interested in this unit.”
