“Product is garbage. It has a scroll wheel to adjust the intensity levels, which changes ever so slightly when moving from low to high. Took several attempts to determine it was changing even the slightest, no where near close enough for my aching back muscles to relax. Bought this to replace an older unit that died. Too bad this will be returned as it is a joke. And paperwork shows several different attachments and mentions not every kit will include all attachments. Looking for attachments not included is futile as they don't sell them individually. What you get with what you buy is what you are stuck with. Wahl must have changed owners recently as this product is complete crap, not what they used to be. Run, run away from this company.”
“We previously owned (after 6 years burned out) a Wahl 4200 Series deep tissue massager. This machine was wonderful! When it died, we decided to go again with a Wahl product but went with this one because it had heat and cooling attachments. The heating attachment does NOT heat up quickly or very hot. This unit is supposed to have a high/low variable speed?? It has one speed. And it says powerful, deep tissue massage- it is NOTHING like our 4200 model. There is no power compared to that one. Quite dissatisfied.”
“It doesn't work the way I thought it would. Very loud motor. I would not have ordered it but said it was eligible for refund or replacement. I thought Wahl was a good brand but now I know their customer service is 0. Not impressed and will not be buying from seller again. TRAKK buyers make sure you read the fine print.”
