Absolutely no varible speed intensity and TRAKK keeps saying not eligible for return. When adjusting speed it gets louder but no more intense. I would not recommend this item

This thing seriously sucks it's like you have to force it deep in your skin in order to feel it which defeats the whole purpose of it. The worst part is i can't even return it . Waste of money and now it's just going to sit in my closet .

I have a pinched nerve in my neck/shoulder blade area. This is an effective way for me to target the exact area for a low price.

This is a short arm electric massager. The stability of push in connection between Massage heads and body will lose easily after few uses. Cold Therapy is only work by cool blue gel without electricity. The most of important is that this massager cannot return to TRAKK if there is quality problem.

This massager does not have enough power to relieve pain. I bought this same model, and I tried the different heads. I was suffering from leg pain, and no matter what head I used, it did not help. I have an older Panasonic which is much more powerful, with only one large head, and that worked much better. Unfortunately, my Panasonic one is several years old, and the electric cord wore out. Also, I really think electric ones, not battery powered ones, are more powerful.
