“I plugged this massage unit in, and it worked great for 3 to 5 seconds, then stopped. I tried plugging it into another outlet, tightening the parts, rereading directions. Nothing helped. However, TRAKK customer service was great about refunding the item. I wouldn't order from this particular company (Wahl) again, though.”
