“Massager arrived in an undamaged box. All contents were organized and undamaged. I plugged it in the heat button worked, but the massager dial wouldn't turn it on. I read the instructions and found that it will power off if left running for an hour and needs a half an hour to reset. Left in plugged in and waited an hour. It wouldn't turn on. I then left it unplugged over night. Still wouldn't work. Tried to return it just to find that it isn't returnable. TRAKK is the only company I have heard of that doesn't refund defective products. Unbelievable!!”
“I moderately used this massager. After about a half a dozen uses, it started to make a strange noise when the angle of the massage head was moved. It was annoying but I worked through it to make sure it didn't move very much. Well, after that happened I heard something break inside. So I have to give this a HORRIBLE PRODUCT rating. I used this about a dozen times and the darn thing broke (I can hear loose parts inside and now I can't return it apparently). What a waste of money. DO NOT BUY”
“Don't buy this. It is non returnable item. This massager is not good for pain relief because it is not deep tissue massager. This is ok for face massage and scalp itching… Buy good one for pain relief.”
