“I have no idea why anyone would give this less than a five star. It's amazing in every way. Where to begin. First of all, as someone up there in years, I have many chronic pains. I've used this on my shoulder, legs, back, (upper & lower), feet and neck. I especially like the hot and cold aspect of it. This is a real pain management tool; and for the price, it's unbelievably a steal and a value. It's well constructed and the 15' cord means I can have it right by my bed, without an extension cord. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS.”
“Didn't notice that a main part on machine was missing. I noticed that attachments were not working properly. So went back to site and watched video.... saw an attachment on main part wasn't on machine. To late to return or exchange”
