TRAKK Posture Corrector with Smart Sensor Reviews

4.2 Rating 127 Reviews
My husband really loves this for correcting his posture. I didn't even know he bought it or was wearing it under his shirt the first day he had it, and I complimented the way he looked. That's when he told me he was wearing something to correct his posture. I guess correct posture really makes you look more attractive, especially in the chest, upper back, and neck areas, because he definitely does! When he's not wearing the device, his posture has greatly improved without me even noticing he had bad posture before, and we've been married 13 years! The device trains you how to stand correctly even after you take it off. He's had this a few weeks and has only worn it a few times with great posture pay off. He did mention that it hurts him to wear it too long.

I've been using this product since May 2020. I will make this clear. This product does improve your posture but you need to understand that this product is not a remedy/treatment for back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, or hip pain. If you have suffering from any of these issues, please see a doctor. As for the product itself, I suggest you analyze your own posture and mobility habits. I personally have a history of moderate to severe bad back posture and have years of physical therapy, chiropractor, and personal trainers analyze and help with my posture. I have successful improve it without the need for any type of surgery. I came across this product and read the reviews. Here are my pros and cons.Pros:-- Light weight and portable: you can take it with you when you travel or wear it without the corrector being too exposed. I recommend wearing it over a light t-shirt and under a long or short sleeve.-- High quality velcro: there are no wrinkles or dents on the product if you store it for long periods of time. I recommend you store it by adequately folding it and putting it inside the box.--The suggestion to start with 20 minutes wear cycles is key to adjusting to the product and your body.-- Great for anaerobic fitness such as certain weight lifting routine workouts. I would not recommend for deadlifting, barbell squatting, or heaving bench pressing.--High quality customer service support via email and phone.--The price is just due to the quality and service.--Movement resistance: Product supports body movement by not feeling restricted but keeping firm and comfortable support when stretching, walking, jogging, etc.Cons:--Neoprene may have slight wear depending on extreme and daily usage. In my case, the thread got exposed and was slightly lose that some of the sewing came off. This was by trail of error of using back posture for housework involving heavy lifting and being expose to areas that damaged it (not by normal everyday casual use).--There are no instructions regarding washing or cleaning the product. There should be some short text detailing instructions for washing/cleaning.P.S There may be slightly discomfort under the armpit and mid back after you stop using it for more than a week. Normally, you can get adjusted to it fairly easy. The product works best when applying calisthenics and targeting body such as rounded shoulders, wing scapula, and uneven back or arm muscles. If you have severe posture, I recommend you see a doctor.

PROS: I bought this in preparation for my wedding and absolutely fell in love with it. I even convinced several members of my family to buy it. Let me start by saying that I have scoliosis, which means I have mid back pain and that neck hump everyone hates. I thought I was doomed until I found this. The first two days of wearing it for short periods of time caused my back to actually hurt more. However, once I adjusted, I noticed immediate pain relief when putting it on. I also noticed that I was standing up taller, even when I was not wearing it. My runs became more efficient and I began looking ahead more and looking at the ground less. I felt confident and comfortable.NEUTRAL: I did wear this consistently for about 2 months before the wedding. I noticed in my wedding photos that I still had some neck hump, but it seemed less noticeable. However, it might have just been wishful thinking, because I could see no difference in my before and after photos.CONS: I rated this 3 stars because shortly after the wedding and 2ish months of use, the Velcro stopped holding. I put it on and the Velcro immediately snaps back off, making the product useless. I reached out to the seller, who said they would note this and send me a new one under warranty, but I never heard back or got the replacement.VERDICT: Go ahead and buy it if you only want it for short term use. If you are looking for something long term, keep looking.

I liked the fact that it had comfortable straps, but the overall purpose was not great. The straps did not fit correctly on my shoulders and didnt provide support to my back. When I returned the item I received by mail a letter from the small business owner, urging to not return the item through TRAKK for X,Y,Z reason. I disregarded the first letter, but I felt harrassed when I received the second letter. I found these letters unsettling.

The posture corrector has great packaging. Easy to use and has instructions in a box. Great to use while not moving a lot because it keeps buzzing with slight position changes. Doing chores with posture corrector on would not be the best idea. The buzzing gets pretty annoying so you keep a good posture to keep it silent. Overall, it is useful and gets the required job done.
