“I really needed this for my neck and shoulders, but sadly couldn't get past the lavender scent. I don't "do" scents, so after heating it one time for 1.5 minutes and putting it on my shoulders, I was overwhelmed by the smell and had to take it off. If the scented pocket was removable, I could keep it.”
“I really love this neck/upper shoulder heater. I pop it in the microwave and get instant "heat relief" for tight muscles... There is one small detail, that I didn't like and that is that the "channels" between the "bead pockets" were not sewn all the way from one edge to the other and the beads shift... constantly! I happen to sew, so I took care of redistributing the beads and sewing the channels shut... But, really? This should be done by the company... because not everyone sews!”
“It seems good. Nice fit for my 54†frame, but its covered with, what I call, cheap fleece. Its not as though it sheds in an obvious way, but my lungs and throat feel whats coming off. Its an issue that may be unique to me. Maybe contact lens wearers might experience “allergy†too, but I bet most people would love this.”
“I purchased this item for shoulder problems I've been having. I read and followed the directions as instructed. It felt great. On the fifth time I heated it, what a surprise I received. Tiny clay balls and seeds spilled out all over. For thirty dollars I certainly was expecting it for along time. It did not and I'm sending it back. Thank you TRAKK for making the process of returning so easy.”
“If you need cold therapy, this product is not for you!! It sat in the freezer all night and just barely got cold. Didnt try heat. It is super soft and does sit nicely on shoulders and neck. Such a disappointment that it doesnt get cold.”
