“Helped the neck. The heat was sustaining. But the heaviness of the item was too much for my back, even when sitting. Only helped when laying down. Cannot use this when trying to do a job.. Keeps slipping and puts pressure on my shoulder. Definitely do not get for elderly people.”
“I wanted this to work. I was excited when it arrived, but unfortunately after a couple months of being lightly used it is falling apart. The truth is it never really got hit enough anyway. Not recommended.”
“This product had pretty good reviews so I had high hopes. Unfortunately, if you have a lower wattage microwave you have to keep on heating it up to get it to a temperature that will provide relief and it is so easy to burn the filling inside, which is eventually what happened to me. Once you burn it, even a little, it has too be thrown out. The smell of the burn spot not only affected the entire item but, put off a nasty odor in my home. Disappointed.”

“Received this item in time and in once piece. Used it right away and must say it is comfortable, fits nicely on my shoulders and heats up as advertised. The real heat only lasts 5-8 minutes, but stays warm another 10-15 minutes. When all is said and done, it does what I want it do, so I am happy with my purchase. I would recommend!!!”
“I set up a lot in a chair get a stiff neck stiff shoulders. But when I wear this is comforting and relaxing my neck does not get stiff. I find myself relaxing I'm able to sit longer usually I'm sitting for about 8 to 10 hours a day.”
“Horrible!! Waste of money. Beads where unevenly distributed throughout. Didn't seem like enough. I wanted to use it warm and heated per the instructions for 1 minute and a half and the beads burned through. So disappointed. Threw it in the trash.”
