“I sent this to q good friend.. she put in microwave for 1 min as instructions sajd and it caught on fire in her microwave left beads all over rhe microwave tbe house smells horrible and not to say how dangerous that could have been...so disappointed in thos product. Mine worked just fine assume this one was defective..”

“This wrap does not hold heat or cold. The glass beads get a bit cool after many hours in the freezer but never get cold enough to provide any relief. The coolness it does attain only lasts 2 to 3 minutes. Very disappointed. :-( The weighted aspect has not provided any relief.”

“Unfortunately, the clay beads which heat & cool this wrap, and provide the weight, are not concentrated where I need relief -- on my neck & muscles on the top of my shoulder. The beads fall mostly to the bottom and to the front of this wrap. I keep trying to redistribute the beads but I'm never able to feel the heat where I need it most. There's also no aromatherapy scent. So disappointed.”
