“I like the 3 lb weight that makes the wrap sit snugly on neck and upper back so you are getting the optimal heat or cold depending on how you are using ie.Very easy to heat in microwave oven or leave in freezer for one hour if using cold therapy.I wish the heat would last a bit longer. I heat for 2 minutes and duration of good heating is about 15 to 20 minutes. But easy enough to reheat. If still warm when you reheat might want to use less time because it can come out hotter than you expect.I would recommend.”
