“I bought this for my brother who is in a wheelchair. It helps ease the stiffness he gets in his neck and shoulders. He uses it multiple times a day every day and has not had any problems. The scent is not to strong (which is a good thing) the only negative we have had with it is it doesn't stay hot as long as he would like but other than that its a great product.”
“I like how soft it feels. The smell is thankfully not overpowering but not necessarily calming either. I love the way it shapes the neck and shoulders. I do wish it were warmer but maybe I�m just afraid to do too much even at 30 sec increments. All in all it helped my neck pain and was comforting. I just had to rewarm it. I like it a lot.”
“Beads end up on chest pads. The beads should be held in each pocket, other wise they flow by gravity into the lowest point which are the right and left chest pockets which precludes evenly distributed heating.”

“I only heated it for the slotted time but it was BARELY even warm and heat was not evenly dispersed throughout.I used this LESS than 5 times and it busted open in my microwave leaving the small beads inside to spill everywhere.It absolutely does not smell like lavender at all but more like burnt plastic.”
