“Great item. Smells menthol fresh. Put a little more and let it seep into your skin. Heat in microwave. Covers area well. I recommend for hard to massage shoulder pain.”
“Doesnt get very hot and doesnt stay hot.. I hate it in the microwave for two minutes 15 seconds and it gets warm but 10 minutes later its not warm anymore and I have to go to reheat it. It feels great when its on and its hot but having to get up every 10 minutes to reheat it is a disappointment”
“I thought the neck portion and shoulder area would offer more support (and that collar would be a bit higher up). Most of the weight falls over my shoulders and down below my collar bone which is kind of useless. I am looking for more neck into shoulder relief when I have a stiff neck and/or tension headache.”
“A bit misleading as it doesnt stand up around the neck as shown. It doesnt cover the back of my shoulders as described. It can be used frozen or heated in the micro and stays warm for a long time z”
“The first month was ok. Then the nice smell went away. Slowly at first then very quickly, it smelled like burnt popcorn each time I heat it up.It doesn't stay hot for long. At first it seemed good then turned quickly into hoping it would stay home enough for maybe 5 minutes. Now the little beads inside pop when i heat it up. Terrified it's going to catch fire or break open....”
“I bought this because I have chronic pain issues so I have other wraps filled with flax seed which are wonderful. Unfortunately this product has some clay/glass beads mixed with flaxseed. The clay/glass beads heat up to hot and melted through the material. I placed this product into the microwave for 2 minutes. I had the product sitting on kitchen towel in the microwave and when the material melted on the product it was hot enough to catch the towel on fire and burned multiple holes into it. I would not recommend this product if you plan on heating it up in the microwave, maybe you can use it by cooling it in the refrigerator or the freezer, but I didn't try it this way.”
