“Product does not keep beads in place. It is a hassle to keep spreading it out as the beads are not in separate compartments and go where they want in the heating pad. I do not recommend this product!”
“Wish there were more beads (filling) in each compartment And less flexible about the neck part. It doesn�t feel cold enough to get deep penetration UNTIL it�s removed. Would caution others not to leave it on for more than 20 minutes. The softness will fool you into thinking it�s not as cold as it is.”

“The wrap is very soft and it heats up well.The smell was really strong at first but it�s not so bad anymore.The one thing I don�t like is the way it�s stitched.The tall part is good. There�s good bead distribution so you get more even heat and it�s more comfortable.The rest of it has way too big of channels and compartments that there�s nothing on top of my shoulders.All of them are piled up in the bottom so it�s all lumpy and uncomfortable to lean back on the couch or in bed.So the areas that need the heat the most aren�t getting it.”
“I fell in love with it the first time I used it!The fabric is out-of-this-world soft. The 3lb weight is perfect for gentle pressure. The aromatherapy deserves a gold star on its own! It is lavender and a touch of mint. It is just about perfect. Not overpowering, but you can smell it once its heated. Also, the carrying pouch (also made out of that super soft fabric) is really helpful for travel!I am obsessed, truly. The price is amazing and is covered by FSA! I will be buying the 5lb option as well to try it. I highly recommend it, and will likely be buying several for Christmas presents!!! :)”
