“All in all this is a decent product. What drags it down is that most of the “beans†and heat are in the front two flaps. So unless you buying it for your collarbone or breastplate, you have a lot of heat in the front serving no purpose other than making you hot.The upside is the neck flaps. They really do get to the upper neck which is where I needed it. And it�s fairly comfortable (I gave comfort a 3 because of the heat of the front flaps).”
“My husband experiences neck and back pain regularly due to pretty severe scoliosis that was never addressed as a kid. I mean, you'd never know it to look at him but he's had doctors and x-ray techs surprised with how bad it is. Due to this we're always on the lookout for relief for him. Personally, I find this neck wrap cumbersome and a lil large. However, it works for him very well as he's pretty broad with much bigger shoulders than me. He's used it both cold and warm and says it works pretty well either way, and it's heavy enough that it doesn't slide off. He doesn't care for the smell of lavender and it does smell strongly, but not overwhelmingly so, of lavender so that is a minus for him. However, he keeps using it, several times a week, so it helps. It seems to be well made also as we've had no seam rips or tears in the fabric. All in all this is one more useful tool in helping alleviate some of his daily pain so was worth the money.”

Apparently, it caught fire in the microwave (and it was inside its mesh bag). At first, I didn't realize there was a burning hole. I placed it on my neck and got burned and all the beads fell off.”
