“Though the heat wrap appeared to be well made and I liked the stand up collar for my neck, the smell was so strong when removed from the packaging that I immediately put it back in, sealed it and took it to be returned the very next morning. The smell wasn�t “bad†but for those of us with allergies, it is a big problem. It would be nice if they made an unscented version.”
“Ugh so disappointed in this!! The concept is great, the weight to the wrap feels good and the material is very soft, however whatever is inside barely heats up enough to provide any relief :( this is one of those products that you cannot overheat in the microwave because it can ruin it, so you cook only a minute or a minute 30 at a time. Even when I gradually keep increasing the time, once I put it on my shoulders I�m wanting more heat after just minutes. This product is way overpriced for such poor quality”
