“This product was found to be very nice. Soft and weighted with the addition of added heat or cold. I preferred the heat. The microwave heat just did last so I incorporated with a heating pad, magic!”

“I bought this neck/shoulder warmer for my husband who is having a problem with arthritis in his neck. It looked and felt great. Worked great. Then, boom, it developed numerous holes in the fabric and the beads and seeds were everywhere! Also, I am very sensitive to odors. Although this said it had lavender and herbal odors, to me it just smelled awful! We are returning it for a refund.”
“This is a very high quality product, very soft, fits comfortably, and smells amazing; however there is not enough "stuffing" and I have to try to manually disperse the stuffing for even heating. If the stuffing was a little fuller, it would be easier to use and more effective. *(Stuffing = Clay Beads, Herbs, Flax Seeds, etc.).”
