“I didnt mind the scent, but would prefer to not have it. It was soft but a bit heavy for my neck. I returned this product simply because it only gets cool after days in the freezer, never frozen, and it did not stay cold long.”
“This is my second one... both have now blew up in the microwave. No I did not go over allotted time and no, I did not do it on high power. Blew up and made a mess in my microwave after using both a month.”

“This product was actually working great for my neck/shoulder pain for a little while. I've had it just over a month and my only complaint was that it doesn't hold heat for as long as I'd like.However, tonight I was heating it in the microwave, same as always, and opened the microwave door to see a dime-sized hole had burned through the fabric! My house now smells like burned popcorn from the seeds, and the product is unusable. I see this as a big disappointment and, more importantly, a safety concern!”

“This product works well except I have had 2 of them burst open in the microwave after 1 minute and start to burn. I returned the first one after this happened and the second one just did it again. Waste of money.”
