“It just arrived today, and I've already used it (hot) twice! As a chronic neck/back pain sufferer (for 12 yrs.) for whom nothing can be done except pain management & "maintenance" (i.e., no fix/cure), I always look for new ways to make my constant pain more bearable. Many things don't work for me ... but this product is ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!It instantly eased my pain (down 2-3 levels on the pain scale). And its 5-lb. weight felt great. Two small minuses: 1.) It loses a lot of its heat in ~20 min. (and it's almost totally gone by the 45-min. mark), and 2.) I find its scentedness a bit off-putting. But, all in all, this thing is amazing! I highly recommend it (and look forward to trying it cold, too)!”

“This product is soft with a nice fragrance, the neck area is nice, however, it's heavy and bulky on the back. The beads build up along the back making it uncomfortable to recline. The pockets that hold the stuffing should be sewn to keep the beads in place. If it were longer down the back and shoulder area, it would have been a better fit. Unfortunately am returning the item.”
