“This is the second blue one I have bought, and it's as nice as the first one. You can microwave it or put it in the freezer and it won't turn hard. I like that it covers the upper back and neck right up to the hairline. Really good for relieving stress in these areas, which moist heat is especially good for.”
“My husband got me the 3 lb neck wrap for my birthday. I have RA and have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I opened it, put it on, sat down and watched a show with my husband. All I can say is wow! It feels so good! I look forward to putting it on when I sit down in the evening.”
“I used this everyday. I loved it. It really helped the pain and stiffness in my neck. I have degenerative disc disease. It was great until it set on fire in my microwave. Same amount of time I always warmed it up for but I guess it just was defective? I had to get a new microwave. I couldn't get the burn stain off the glass turntable or get the smell out of it. My house smelled for about a week, too. I hope the manufacture sees this review.”
“I have been trying stretching, massage, accupressure and you name it for upper back, both shoulders and neck pain. I wanted this to be a solution for some relief. It's like every other neck and shoulder pain aid. It works for some and not for others. I found the smell to be unpleasant. Then I wanted to try it, so I threw it in the microwave and was not too impressed. it was lukewarm, smelled horrible and when I heated it up it just doesn't seem like it will wear well over time. Although the weight and heat feel good when you wear this I found it frustrating that it was not laying just a little bit lower on my back. Maybe it is because I am tall. Not impressed. I would not recommend.”
“I bought this several months ago. Loved it at first. But for the past several weeks I noticed that the baffles are leaking within the product and some of the baffles are almost completely empty, the beads having shifted to other sections. I think for the price it should have lasted longer than 3 months.”
