“I purchased this item for shoulder problems I've been having. I read and followed the directions as instructed. It felt great. However, not a fan of the scent. On the third time I heated it, it almost caught fire in the microwave. Tiny clay balls and seeds spilled out all over as there was several holes burned in it. For thirty dollars I certainly was expecting it for along time. It did not and I'm sending it back. Thank you TRAKK for making the process of returning so easy.”

It smells really nice and I like the design and how the collar wraps around the neck--that is unique. The color is a really nice blue/turquoise. I find heating it for 2 minutes (flipping it at 1 minute) gets it to a nice temperature.”
