“Yes, it does help by putting gentle pressure to help relax my shoulders and neck area/upper back while providing soothing heat or cold, depending upon what is needed for the troublesome tension or pain at the moment. I have always liked to use the rice bags (instead of heating pads etc.) to relieve the tension. Now with the ceramic beads I can have hot or cold wrap to use to work on my issue. I will be buying some for other members of my family for the winter season. I hear there is a 5lb pound size also. I have the 3 pound version but I can't wait to check the 5 pound one out.”
“This is amazing for cold use. I don�t like it heated because it feels almost damp when heated and the lavender is way too strong. It�s amazing frozen but only lasts about an hour maybe 40 min.”
