The instruction states not to put it for more than 3 minutes, I put it for one minute and it wasn�t staying warm at all. Don�t bother with this brand. I had the Origins heat wrap for years and I would even wash the cover. It still works but I wanted a new one. This one doesn�t stay warm, not washable and very poor quality. TRAKK refunded me as obviously I couldn�t return it.”
