“This is an interesting product and it works to some degree because of the weight. That helps to position it over the painful area and the weight itself tends to ease the pain. I wish it were longer in the back. And it takes a good two and a half minutes to get it hot enough to be affective. Still I think it is probably better than many other products that are similar. And it will serve its purpose… Hopefully. When in pain, one will try just about anything!”
“I put this on without warming it up when I feel my shoulders creeping up near my ears. It helps me to remember to relax my shoulders and maintain better posture so that I am not creating stress on my neck, upper back, and shoulders. I wear it while working at my computer. I like that it's easy to balance/even out the weight. I was concerned before I bought this about melting or burning it in the microwave, however I have no concerns after reading the instructions there's a maximum time limit you can heat these in the microwave and you need to divide that time up between both sides -- so you have to flip it or you will damage the product, especially in a high wattage microwave. I only put it in the microwave for half the time so i never have to remember to flip it -- the fact that the microwave stops is my cue to flip and continue the warming process.”

The mild weight adds just enough comfort and mild pressure to help aching/sore muscles, and the extended collar and flaps are long enough to overlap with each other so that you can encircle your neck area for extra comfort and warmth.Very satisfied with this purchase!”
“I read all instructions. Nowhere did it say anything about the silicone bag inside. I nuked and the silicone bag ate a hole through wrap and bag! The contents of the wrap went all over my kitchen and in my sink. It clogged my disposal and made a horrific mess. Now I will not know if this rat would ever work or not. Very disappointing as I bought this for my 86-year-old mother who is a stroke victim.”
“I have only used it twice. Both times I heated it in the microwave according to the directions (in the pouch, 45 seconds on each side). Tonight I microwaved it in the pouch for 45 seconds and when I took it out to flip it, beads fell out of the bag and scattered everywhere. I dumped the whole thing in a bowl and finally found a small hole that hasn�t been there before. I�m so disappointed in this product, because it worked really well before it broke.”
