“This product is pretty great. I wasn't sure how one of these would work for me, but the moment I put it on I knew I'd gotten something good. It is very soft. I turned of some meditation music and adjusted the speakers the line up with my ears, and it was instant relaxation. After that first introduction to the product I decided to try out the addition of the ice pack, which is a lot less appealing. My ice pack looks about half full, and doesn't really bring much to the table. Putting it in the fridge does absolutely el zilcho for cooling. You have the freeze it, and then it doesn't conform to your face. I was honestly looking forward to the ice pack because of frequent headaches, but I think I'll just have to write it off. However, even without the addition of the ice pack it is still a solid product. I won't return it because as is is still more than enough for the price.”
