“I just received my facial steamer a couple of days ago and am 100% satisfied with my product! I have struggled with acne since a very young age and have been looking for something to help. I tend to use a damp cloth heated in the microwave but decided a steamer would be more beneficial and relaxing. Make sure to follow the directions and keep your face at least 20 cm from the steamer, I just put a small hand towel over my head to get full advantage of the steamer. I 100% recommend this item, I also think it is a better value than others because it has the shield to keep the steam from escaping and is a little less than most others.”

“I'm disappointed to write this. Unfortunately I am still trying to get into a routine in which I do a deep facial treatment that would include utilizing a face steamer. I say this to clarify that after purchasing this steamer my usage of it was quite infrequent. You can guess how surprised I was when attempting to use the machine to find that it no longer works!! At this point my review of the product would be abysmal and the best part about the product is it's color. Using my hands I can account for the times the steamer was used and it was not a phenomenal experience but rather mediocre at best. At this point I have three problems to contend with: I have a machine that does NOT function, I have no idea how to properly dispose of the defective device and I now need to reinvest into another steamer. MY RECOMMENDATION WOULD BE AGAINST PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT! My suggestion would be to continue doing research and purchase something that is of better quality. I suspect the adage, “you get what you pay for†applies here. Best of luck.”
