When using this by yourself on your own back, I have to guess where the buttons are. But still able to use this on my back! These are generic products that have different resellers. So purchase price may be a factor in purchasing this!”

“I am new to cupping and was always curious to try it. This home kit for electric cupping therapy was intriguing to try but I was disappointed that it did not come with detailed instructions. I had to figure it out on my own and it was frustrating. It is nice though that there are several levels for the heat and suction. The heat was not fully hot even at the highest level. It did a satisfactory job of offering some relief and I will continue to see if it continues to help. For the price, it seems reasonable for a single cup. It would be so much better if more instructions were given.”
“How in the world do you put a device out like this and not include instructions?? I've never had this done to me, much less to myself, by myself. So I'm too intimidated to actually use it. Especially after reading someone else's review saying she couldn't get it off herself without help. This isn't like a heating pad which is easy to figure out. This NEEDS INSTRUCTIONS for people like me, newbies! I won't even attempt to use it.”
