Douloureux pour la peau. Ne glisse pas, car la succion est trop forte et ce, mme à la puissance faible.

I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I do some cupping in my practice. A few years back I switched to the cups that use a device that creates a vacuum with plastic cups and I've had a lot of success with them (easier to use, tho you don't get heat with them). When I saw this I figured I'd try it.Let's just say the lowest setting is pretty high. IMO there is a potential for someone who doesn't know what they are doing to maybe not cause permanent damage, but certainly short term bruising that goes beyond the standard "cupping hickey".I have a client who loves the "moving" cup method. So I tried this on my quads with the proper head on the lowest setting and again, it's REALLY hard to move the cup. Which is fine for some applications but the lowest setting should be lower for beginners and those who have sensitive skin, or perhaps they could redesign the head to slide easier.I will say that the above client will probably love this. But for the vast majority of clients, this will be too powerful for their tolerance. So for anyone who is new to cupping, I suggest you get the suction-type plastic cups until you see how you tolerate them.

This product is horrible. You cannot control the suction and even on the lowest speed it over sucks and won't release your skin

Most Americans don't have a clue what cupping is, although some chiropractors are starting to use it as another method of relieving muscle pain. My wife is more familiar with this technique, since she has been to some Asian massage therapy places as well as a few chiropractors who practiced cupping. But it's not easy to do this by yourself or at home, since you need the right tools as well as a way to heat them. This electric cupping machine makes the process much easier, plus it has a heating function as well. It has 9 levels of suction as well as 9 heat levels. My wife said that the suction is quite strong on the highest level, but the heat is not as hot as what she has experienced before. But for using at home it is fine. At least she can get most of the benefit of this therapy without having to leave home or spend any money. I guess the biggest disadvantage is that you can only treat one spot at a time if you want to leave it on one area of your body for a while. With traditional cupping, the therapist will often have several different cups applied to your back or other parts of your body at the same time, which is more efficient. But this little machine works quite well and is a bargain at the current price. I would recommend reading a book about cupping or watching some videos online before you decide if this therapy is something you might benefit from.
