Even at the highest speed/ intensity it is a child's play. Does nothing for my neck and back pain.I'm honestly Not happy with this purchase! Won't buy again.”

“A friend has this and I borrowed hers and it worked well so I bought my own. It came and worked right out of the box perfectly. When I charged it I noticed that no lights came on like the instructions said would. I charged it overnight and it did not work the next day for more than 30 seconds. I changed it to a different charger and same result. I returned it and had them ship a replacement. The replacement did not work when it arrived so I charged it for 12 hours again. No light came on when it was charging. This time it never did turn on. I have returned it and bought a completely different product and I'm hoping for better results with that.This got two stars instead of one because my friend has had hers for over a year and it works perfectly. So if you get a good one it works wonders. And if you get a dud it's a dud.”
