“Very effective but also very loud when using on my shoulder. I wish it could be a quieter unit. I do keep it by my chair and use on my upper legs and shoulder. It is very effective in pain relief.”
“UPDATE:The customer service of this product reached out promptly upon hearing that there's an issue. They're more than willing to help out and replace the product immediately. From 1 star, I increase to 3 stars for such good customer service. They even replace the broken product immediately. It remains to be seen if the replacement will last longer, but I will be remiss if I don't mention that the seller is quick to react and is helpful.Barely any pressure applied and it was on the lowest setting (I was applying to my calf) when suddenly there was this weird sound and the attachment just broke. I saw the 'broken up' part of it, and I'm glad I didn't get hurt by it. It just shocked me. I will be returning this product since it's purchased less than 30 days. I could've given it 2 stars, because before it broke, the most issue was the 'gun' seems to 'die' off every few minutes (yes, the 'gun' was fully charged) and my husband enjoyed being massage by it. But after it broke the way it broke, it scared the begeezus out of me that if this is what I'm paying for (for buying something so affordable), and I'm just lucky I didn't get hurt when it broke, then, maybe it's worth looking at other massage guns with better reputation...”
“We were going to return this.. it was a gift for my mom. She didn't realize it was a USB charger so she thought it didn't work! Lol I ordered a replacement, she got it, then realized how to charge it. So instead of returning the first one, we're keeping it! It's awesome! It gets into those knots and tight muscles perfectly!”
