“I bought this cushion based on other reviews about how it's so comfortable. Well, they're right. I started having sciatic pain in my leg, and sitting has become painful. I also have pain in my hamstrings from sitting. While this cushion does not help with the pain in my hamstring, it does help with the pain I have in my tailbone. Because I do have pain while sitting, I don't sit very much, but when I have to, this really helps.”

“I sit many hours per day for my job. My boyfriend purchased one of these because he has some pain that he attributes to sciatica. He has all his packages delivered to my house and when it arrived, he said I could try it. I was previously sitting on two seat cushions and after I tried this, I am in love with the comfort even if it is a tad too big for my posterior. In addition to this I use a travel pillow for my back. The combination allows me to sit for an extended period of time without aching. So far this is the best cushion I have tried and gets 4.3 stars from me. “I waited a couple of months before writing a review. In all honesty, I was not expecting this cushion to help my sciatic nerve pain because I have a very tricky back with fusions and arthritis. Car rides had become increasingly troublesome for me and was the primary reason I bought this in the first place...I actually ordered it while traveling in the car, in pain, several months ago. The absolute proof positive for me that this cushion was indeed helping, was our 6 hour car ride this Thanksgiving. For the first time in several years I was pain free the entire trip. Bucket seat was too low and had no bottom support. Would recommend. Only con is that is is new and I do not know how long it will last. Also the graphics are not very good looking. Would rather all black and no logo.”
