In addition to purchasing a back rest for my computer chair, I decided to purchase this seat cushion as well. Originally, I had been using a normal cheap $5 chair seat cushion, but it didn't do much for me and kept sliding forward. “ComfiLife let me tell you this cushion has changed my ten hour workday. The company I work for only buys big bulky unfriendly work chairs that aren't ergonomic friendly. “As a teen, I fractured my coccyx, and have always been prone to it becoming sore when sitting (especially driving) for any length of time.
