My husband has severe spinal stenosis, sciatica and other back problems. Sitting for long periods of time is very hard on him. We have tried numerous types of cushions and seats, none of which helped. I looked for something else and came across the ComiLife Coccyx cushion. After reading so many positive reviews, we decided to give it a try. I also ordered one for myself for when we travel on long trips. So far, we are extremely pleased. We will have to wait and see how it holds up to everyday use, but right now it is the most comfortable seat cushion we have ever tried. I am recommending it to family and friends who have lower back and sciatica problems.

I bought this product to address pain in my tailbone, but I was wrong about the central location of my problem. I gave it to my son, who is very tall and he has found it to be very comfortable, so I gave it 3 stars. It turns out that I have a stage 2 cystocele, so now I'm going to have to buy a new one for more money to make it possible to sit! It's very frustrating.

I bought this cushion in preparation for a transatlantic flight to Europe. It did not disappoint. Over 5,000 miles one way and my back & buttocks were still comfortable. Who knew that one layer of memory foam in the right shape could make so much difference! I thought the cushion was a little pricey but I am glad I made the investment. I have used it in my car as well. The only down side I have noted is that sometimes depending on the seat you are using it on...it may apply more pressure on the backs of your legs than was comfortable for me. I coped with this in the car by tilting the car seat a little to ease the pressure and on the plane by scooting the cushion forward just a little. All in all, this was a great buy. If you use it for air travel; remember to wear your compression socks.

I bought this cushion for my husband who has chronic lower back pain. He undergoes kidney dialysis three times a week which is very uncomfortable for him. He takes this cushion along and it has relieved his pain and increased his comfort level. He also uses it at home and in the car.

The ComfiLife Coccyx pillow is the best coccyx pillow I have brought and used. I have bought several other brands and have not been satisfied with any until I found the ComfiLife Cocco pillow. I have bought other brands but none of them came close to working as well as ComfiLife coccyx pillow.

While traveling it caused bad lumber pain.I wish it was a little softer. But it worked ! Had no problem with coccyx discomfort.I would still buy it again but would add a lumber support.
