“The butt to knee length was a little short for vehicle use. Needed to be heightened a few inches for previous heavy drivers who collapsed the springs/cushion. It provides the additional but constantly readjusting for a comfortable fit.”

“Its firm and comfortable and gets my spine aligned to where I need to be. It is thick so be mindful to how it will fit in car. Etc. Removable and washable cover. I have tried ones with air which didn't keep air in it, foam wedges which I would slide off and it was way too soft. I work in a office which caused back, neck, and shoulder discomfort. I tried to find a cushion to see if it might help, again no luck. This is an incredibly uncomfortable cushion. It's very hard and does not have any give at all. It's like sitting on cement. I don't recommend it to anyone, especially those with lower back issues.”
“The chair in the picture has the worst cushion and support for my back. I spend many hours a day in this chair and my butt bone was really getting sore before I bought this cushion. Since I have been using this cushion my butt feels supported, comfy, and no more pain. My back also feels more aligned and my posture has benefited tremendously! “I've used the ComfiLife Coccyx Orthopedic Memory Foam seat cushion at work for a week now. My back isn't hurting anymore like it was. Not sure if it will stay that way over the long term but it sure is making a difference so far! I also decided to order the ComfiLife Lumbar Support Back Pillow to go with it. So glad I did, I like it just as much. The two together are working good for me. I tend to not sit all the way back in my chair so the back cushion allows me to still do that but now with arch back support. I considered the gel version of the bottom cushion but one review said it was more firm than this one so I went with the non-gel. Glad I did because I was surprised at this one's firmness at first. It does start to give as you sit on it. I am very happy with my purchase!”
