“This did not work for me. I have bruising and inflammation from childbirth on my tailbone. I can't sit down hardly.. and this didn't help. It was a great cushion for my grandmother to drive my truck. I think if you really have problems (not from prolong sitting) it may not work. But it may work for prolong sitting?”

“After getting into a motorcycle wreck little more than two years ago I broke 8 bones and tore my left butt cheek off. It's very had for me to go places with uncomfortable chairs. Within 20 mins of sitting on wooden benches I'm usually very uncomfortable. My office chair I can't make it more than 1 hr before I have pulsing pains all over my body. Well this pillow has been great for me I can't stress that enough. I'm not sure how long it will last yet but so far it hasn't given up. The only problem I have with this pillow if you fart into it be prepared to smell it for like 5-10 mins. The gas gets trapped in the cushion and moving around just lets little bits of gas out. I know you probably think I have a poor diet but I take care of myself especially after having to wear a colostomy bag for 3 months while recovering from my accident. So if you don't want to embarrass your self around coworkers don't toot in the pillow. I think some sort of carbon filter would be helpful but I can't complain because this is a great product.”
“I'm really sorry to be giving such a poor review on this product based on all the positive reviews I read prior to making my purchase. But this didn't work for me. I'm in my office chair on average of 15 hours a day Monday- Sunday. I work from home a lot as well as a game streamer after work and the weekends.I too like most reviews have sciatic nerve damage as well as deteriorating discs that I've dealt with most of my adult life, so any sort of relief while sitting for so long is most welcomed! Being a big guy at 6'4" and 270 lbs, it is hard to find products that actually help with my lower back pain. Fast forward to Thursday (2/21/19) my highly anticipated lower back relief seat cushion arrives, I was very excited let me tell you! I used it immediately once it arrives in the afternoon and instantly felt relief, it was amazing how much pressure and pain disappeared so quickly. I woke up the next morning at my normal time (2am) and started my day at my desk and was still very pleased with the comfort and support the cushion provided after sitting for about 19 hours (new game launch). Saturday morning around 6am I started my gaming adventure and sat for another 14 hours, but this time around the 7th hour I noticed zero support from the cushion. It had basically gone flat. I know that because I'm a big guy that sits all day it wasn't designed with me in mind, so if you're a person on the larger side of the road you might want to look at something different, I'm going to research if the memory foam designed cushions would last longer personally.
