I recently had a knee replacement and to do exercises I needed to sit higher. Along with an other thick cushion I am able to do my knee exercises.. I have found that this cushion is very comfortable. “I've only had this a day and a half so I will have to update after a month or so with my thoughts then and to post how well it is holding up to daily use.Right now I can say that I have no lower back or hip pain. It does nothing for my lower back pain and Im still slapping on Salonpas patches at the end of the day.Its not "hard as a rock" as other reviews have said, it doesn't stink and it hasn't made my back pain worse it just hasn't done anything. Ive followed all the directions and positioned it as instructed but get no relief.For the price I could of just purchased any old cushion and gotten the same amount of comfort for far less.”
