In addition, the instructions state that the gel compresses after siting on it approximately 30 or more seconds. 100% correct... I have been working from home, including my wife. I bought two of them and it was money well spent and great quality too. The bonus is that the cover can be removed and thrown in the washing machine. Washing instruments stated in the sewn in label.”
“I bought this seat cushion for my 80 year old father-in-law. He was complaining about soreness and asked me to track down a good one. The important thing to know is this, ...he already had one or two cushions BUT they were too soft. ComfiLife came through with a FIRM cushion and his mood has markedly improved. Remember the Movie Grumpy Old Men? They should have invested in a ComfiLife cushion.”
“I liked that it is a very cushiony seat. I liked that it is made to the contours of the body and offers support. I didn't like that I had to literally place my rear in the seat exactly to the specs of the cushion each time I sat down. I'm up and down countless times while on the job. Having to be sure the cushion was centered on the seat, and my seat centered on the cushion with each sit, made this cushion a no-go after the first week.”
“To whom all it concerns:I just wanted to add some information about this cushion before purchasing it. Although this cushion is a nice picture; however, it is quite deceiving. I purchased this cushion not too long ago. The cushion is quite comfy and fancy, but for some reason, I keep falling off of my chair. I keep sliding off because the top of the cushion is not as sturdy enough and the person that sits on it would slide off. That makes it quite hard to use the cushion without sliding off from the chair. I apologize for writing this negative review, but I purchased these cushions based on the reviews. I thought this would be helpful for my back. Sadly, I was wrong. Now, these cushions are being used as a toy for the kids and they sit on it. “The positive reviews on here must be paid for. This pillow is as hard as sitting on the floor. It didn't have any smell from what I could tell but sitting on this thing was painful. It made my butt ache. Not sure if this is for overweight/heavier users but if you're around 110lbs this pillow is $30 of siting on cement.”
“I have had lower back issues ever since I started my current job. Their so-called ergonomic chairs are complete pants. I used to use a pillow, but I would have to constantly reposition and stand. With this, I really don't! The only issue is that it moves around a bit. While it has bumpers on the bottom to help, I do have to keep repositioning it on my seat. If it had ties that could tie it to the chair, that would make it 5 stars.”
“It has helped my back so much!!! It has been a life saver both in the house and in the car! The young lady who does my hair bought me the first one as a gift, and I started carrying it from the house to the car. So I just bought this one so I would have one both places. I wouldn't forget to take it to the car. One time I did! It made a big difference. My back hurt, so that is when I knew I just needed 2 of them so I wouldn't forget anymore. “I've been having horrible sciatic pain for the past few months that has been almost debilitating. I bought this cushion based on the reviews and it has helped me be able to tolerate sitting down for more than a few minutes at a time. Sitting in the bleachers at my kids hockey game used to be so brutal. I couldn't sit for more than a few mins at a time and would constantly have to stand up. I would have to sit in the back row so i could stand up freely without blocking someone's view behind me. Since using this cushion, I can sit for about 40 mins before I have to stand up.I have only used it at the games so far so I don't know how it will work in other areas of life but so far so good”
