“I bought 3 of this cushions! The very first one 2.5 yrs ago proved to be the absolute gem for my back. My stenosis and sciatica pains have been absent during my work in my office chair. After my husband watched me being comfortable with this cushion, he got one for himself!He started using it in all his chairs, extending his working hrs on the computer. He carries it to the car too! So today I bought him another cushion for the car.But there is no miracle in this cushion, that some of the buyers expect. If the seat is made of hard material, you need to add another pad, that's all. The thickness of that pad will tell how comfortable your posterior is. My husband calls me “Princess on a Pea'- I need a thick padding.I bought several different types of cushions before this one, they are all used by my cat now. For some reason, he finds them comfortable.”

“It gets worse if you're using it on a "soft" surface like a mesh breathable office chair. Now the pain isn't on your tailbone/glutes anymore it's on your lower spine/lumbar area. Tested it for a week and but I will be returning this product in favor of a gel based cushion. Also you sink in considerably with memory foam. I already knew that and yet here I am writing this review.”

“Bought this for my boyfriend, he works from home and sits at his desk all day. He's got a messed up hip, neck and back from being in the military. This thing helps him so much. He resisted the "butt pillow" at first. Til he realized how much it does for his hip and back after sitting in a chair for a few hours straight.
