This only lasted slightly longer than a year, user is 5'4" - 75 lbs. femaleSo I am downgrading from 4 stars to 2 stars for not lasting just over a year.Purchased 12/10/2018,as I said above, when I first received this, I thought oh man this is way to hard. I thought oh well I may as well give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised that it was not that uncomfortable. I have been using it every night for a couple of weeks and I am glad that I didn't send it back when I first got it. I have not tried any others with the cut out like that so I cannot say how others compare. Durability is a tbd and not sure what it means by versatility, I mean you put it down and you plop your bum on it.”
