I have a lower back pain problem, due to disc complications and this cushion, with the "cut-out" for the tail bone really helps relieve the pressure and pain from sitting. I can now sit at my computer and read, surf the net and play games for much longer without having to stand up to relieve the pain usually associated with sitting for more than 1/2 hour. This is a great product that offers a lot of pain relief, as far as my experience goes. I would recommend this to anyone with disc or lower back pain problems. “This is very comfortable and holds its shape. It has even thickness in the front and back, so you don't feel like you are being pushed forward - like the wedges with the coccyx cut out. Supportive of legs, rear and hips. I am a very large person and this is quite comfortable and holds its shape even with weight of over 250 lbs.”
“I like it. It is pretty thick. Only thing i dont like about it is it made me much taller in my chair. I use it in 2006 honda civic ex. I am 5'10 210lbs and this thing makes me sit much highier. i hope it wears down some and lowers my height but is still comfortable. I do uber for 8 to 10 hours and wante dto try this before i bought another seat or ungraded cars. my right leg would start to hurt after several hours of driving. This reduced it alot. I just dont like how high i know sit in my seat.”

“There are tons of reasons why someone would buy a cushion like this. Ultimately, you buy it because you likely have some level of discomfort either in your lower back, tail bone, or butt. It theory, it seems like it might be able to help, so I went ahead an bought it. Before buying it I thought, $30 for a piece of foam? But I figured if it fixes my problem, it's worth it. Here's what I have found:It's not quite firm enough. Granted, I'm a big guy, but I can't imagine anyone over 200 lbs feeling an adequate amount of support.The cutout in the back to relieve pressure on the tail bone...a very low margin of relief if even at all.The bottom surface of the cushion claims to have an anti-slip surface...not even almost. There's these little plastic bead-like things printed out on a grid pattern that's supposed to accomplish this. If the beads were bigger, made out of a soft rubber (not plastic) then maybe. Except that the fabric on the bottom that the beads are attached is a slippery, almost camping tent-like material. Ironically, the fabric on the top of the cushion serves as a better anti-slip surface than the bottom does.In conclusion and in this case, $30 is way too much for this product. Trust me....it's just a piece of foam. The only use I see for it is if you have a hard chair like a wood bench or some bleachers at your son's baseball field that could use a little insulation or cushion. The claims about improving spinal health/alignment seem (at least to me) to be a sham.”
“Originally ordered this cushion for work chair but it did not fit the chair. It was entirely too small for my office chair which made it unbearable to sit on. Thus I decided to use it in my car. Let me tell you!!... After driving for 3 years with a slipped disc in my lower lumbar region making driving the most hated chore, 4 days commuting to work resulted in a MUCH COMFORTABLE drive. Driving leg no longer goes numb... No sciatica while driving... No pinched nerve feeling.The only issue I have, it does not fit the entire car seat, it also has to be aligned correctly or my tailbone will not be in the correct spot. It's a little annoying and requires a few traffic light stops to get it correct. Other than that, thank you for helping me get my life back and tone down my attitude due to pain.The cushion is firm with a softness once your butt molds into it. It remains it shape after each use so far.”

“I ordered this cushion for my mom who has been dealing with sciatic pain for the last year and has not been able to find relief as quickly as she has using this product.
