“I bought this comfort cushion specifically cause I've been experiencing lower back pain for the past few months. I sit in front of my desk a majority of the week, so I started getting the pain recently. I enjoy that this has alleviated a majority of my lower back pain while I'm here at work. So it works as its advertised.It does give me the support that I need, but I'm a slightly shorter person, so when I put this on my chair at the office, I have to tippy toe now just to get in my chair. Which is fine, but a bit of a hassled, since I don't want to ruin the memory foam underneath. The front ends, where my legs rest are already pushed down.Other than minor things, this product has helped and works as advertised.”

“This seat did not help with my sciatica. I have a herniated disc in my L5. Hoping this seat would provide some relief but it almost made it worse. We all have different bodies and issues so no fault on the pillow. It just didn't work for me.”
“So, I bought this to help with lower back pain when sitting at my computer for more than an hour at a time. The gaming chair I bought was supposed to be top of the line but the seat pan on this thing is like sitting on a rock. Avoid Secret Labs chairs by the way...Anyway, I got this cushion hoping it would help and it has but it isn't quite what I need. Has it helped with the pain? Yes. Does it have good support? Yes. Is it comfortable? Yes AND no. Here is the deal with this cushion. It is very well made and works very well as advertised however there are some issues. It says it has a no slip bottom, this is not entirely accurate. It moves and will NOT stay where you put it when sitting down. Once you are seated it does stay in place. I have to sit down then lift up a little and shift it around some to get it in the right position. This is annoying and the reason it got a lower mark for comfort. If you get up to get a drink or answer the door or go to the restroom you have to go through the whole dance of sit down, lift up, reposition, sit, lift reposition again until you get it into place again. As for support, if it were just a little larger it would have gotten 5 stars because it does support well once it is in place correctly.”
“I have bad Sciatic pain, and this cushion has helped. I use it whenever I sit in the house, and especially in the car. At first I thought the way you have to position the cushion with the opening towards the back of the chair was strange, but it feels supportive. I haven't had it very long yet, so don't know yet how well it will hold up, but for now I can say it is comfy and helpful for my back pain.”
