TRAKK Lunar Shape Memory Pillow Reviews

4.3 Rating 780 Reviews
I worked an internship this summer at a desk job and y'all... my butt has never hurt so badly going from being active in my everyday life to sitting for 40 hours a week. It sounds so weird but it was unbearable. This made all the difference. It's big enough to move around on it and have room. It doesn't sink like a pancake but it does give a decent amount. When I put it in my car (a small toyota corolla) its a bit too much extra height for everyday driving, but I definitely use it for long car rides.

Like many others, I sit all day and type at a computer. I suffer from pain in my butt, lower back, and sciatica. I bought this thinking it would help. At first, it does sort of feel like it relieves pressure on my tailbone, but then after hours it feels like you're sitting on a toilet seat. Maybe there's less pressure on my tailbone, but there's more pressure elsewhere. I also really don't understand the hump in the front. It's just awkward. I wanted to love this and was sorely dissapointed instead. It also slides around a lot on my chair, and I really cannot figure out how to position it so that my legs and my butt are both supported. My issues seem to be related to the shape of the pillow. I have no problems with the memory foam that it is made out of, which seems thick and sturdy to me. Although, I have already ordered another pillow, so I won't learn if the foam in this one wears out quickly.

I had back surgery one week ago and needed a seat cushion to sit at the kitchen table. ComfiLife was recommended to me and I jumped on TRAKK to find it. I don't like gel shoe inserts and so I stayed away from the gel cushion, otherwise it may have been a better choice. So I bought the 100% memory foam cushion. I love it after one day of use. However, it does raise my legs higher under tables and desks. I got leg pain after a few hours and figure I shouldn't use this for hours the first day, it made me get up and walk around. I am very happy with it. The back "hole" side could be a little longer because I sit a little more forward and backward in the cushion and my bottom sits off the cushion. I am 60 years old, 5'11" tall, and 200 pounds, and it is perfect for me. I rutch around in my seat a lot by habit and this cushion is still perfect. I am completely satisfied with the ComfiLife product, the quality (so far), and the packaging. ComfiLife is a customer focused company and will be my first choice if I need more products. If anything changes I will update my comments after March 2021.

I have a horrible back and spinal cord condition: my spinal cord is inflamed chronically and causes pain throughout my body. My spine has bulging disks. My back muscles spasm. And I got a job where I need to sit in a chair all day. This cushion is a miracle worker. I don't understand how a cushion can help so much, but it just does!

Hello Katie, something must have gone as cue because I did write to tell you that I am very satisfied with my Coccyx cushion. When I hit the submit button nothing happened? The cushion is very comfortable, I have just had a total hip replacement so I have a certain amount of discomfort and the cushion is a welcome comfort when I sit down especially on folding metal chairs. I purchased this seat cushion for sciatica pain when sitting for long periods. Initially, I would have given it 4 stars, it was firm but seemed to conform (memory foam). Now after 3 months of use, I'm no longer getting that conforming feeling, it feels like sitting on concrete. I hadn't noticed reviews that reported the cushion hardening over time but mine seems to have done just that, now my lower back hurts when sitting on it. I'm now looking for a replacement for my ComfiLife Premium seat cushion.

I got this for my Mom who has been dealing with a lot of hip and back pain and sits at a desk quite often. Recently had to move to her recliner and set her computer up on a tv tray. First time she sat down in a hard seat with it her face lit up and she's back to using her desk. Even recommending to all friends and family with similar issues and pain.

Over the past year and a half, I have purchased three such cushions -- for home, car, and office. This one has been in my office. After less than a year, this one flattened and became compressed and lost its cushion feel. The ComLife Gel cushion -- same company and a few dollars cheaper -- has held up well. So has the Modvel gel cushion.
