“I have been using it for five days to relieve the pressure from my coccyx. I work at a call center, so I have to watch my posture, but overall it really does take off pressure from my tail bone to I've been sleeping great now too. The pain would be so bad, I couldn't sleep on my back. we humans are meant to move, not sit down all the time. What made it worse is that I would work 10 to 12 hour shifts so that really did a number on me. But now I've been feeling a lot better.”

When opening the package it warns of airing it out due to the smell of the foam (I think), but I didn't really air it out and the smell was not noticeable, even to a pregnant nose. “I fell from a horse 2 weeks ago. I landed on my butt and that caused a bruise on my coccyx (tailbone). I've been in pain when walking, getting up, standing, sitting, and lying down.I bought this for my car seat as it hurts so much sitting on a stiff seat. As soon as I sat on this, I was like OMG. “We bought two - one for the husband who's recovering from 2 back surgeries, one for me who is needing a hip replacement. I chose this particular product based on the high number and proportions of positive reviews, since there are so many of these types of cushions on the market. Well, add me and the hubs to that happy group! Though he was non-plussed the first couple of days - by yesterday, hubby wouldn't sit on any chair or the couch without it. I loved it from first sit. My only negative is that I wish it was a little bigger (I have a more than ample butt to support). To the positive side, even though the packaging contains a note warning the foam may offgas (as much memory foam does) I haven't noticed any smell from either of them, and I'm very sensitive to such smell. If the product lasts as well as other reviewers have commented, I will be more than satisfied. Highly recommended!”
“Finally finding comfort! I sit all day at my job and unfortunately with sciatic problems this is not good. I used this today for about 6 hours and I was able to actually sit without being in pain. I'm short so I recommend using an elevated footstool of some type to help keep proper alignment .”

“It provides a lot of "comfy" support...feels great! I bought it mainly for travel. I have bucket seats in my Infiniti FX35, and it is almost too much support. The height of the cushion pushes my head way up under the visor. I'm still going to use it in the car for a while to see it will work for travel, because it feels so great. If it does not fit right for the car, I'll use it in my office chair!”
