The pillow is amazing! I've only had it for a few days and I use it all the time, it has already made a huge difference. It is very comfortable. I herniated discs years ago, and although they are back in place, my back bothers me on a regular basis. The tension leaves my back when I sit on the pillow. I can't believe the difference between it and my very comfy couch! I also have hemorrhoids after a bout of c.diff - this cushion is so helpful! I truly can't believe how much more comfortable sitting on the cushion is than not. I may get one for my office. I highly recommend this. I wish I had known about it earlier.

It collapsed w/in the first month of using it is compressed down to maybe an inch thick! It's not as washable as it says and there's no more firmness. Just a flat pillow now!! I am very disappointed!!

Ultimately you'll have to try it yourself to see, as opinions (like butts) vary a lot. Based on the large # of 4-5 star reviews, most TRAKK users like it a bit more than I do. I liked a similar cushion from Oveynersin a bit better (link below).PROS:The material quality seems good. Unzipping the cover reveals clean foam inside (no mold). Cover is removeable for washing if needed. Does not slide in my office chair.CONS:At just over 17" wide, it only covers about 2/3 of my standard size office chair. Comfort is so-so but tolerable, and better than a standard chair cushion. For teenagers or smaller adults under 32" waist or under 150 pounds or so, size of this cushion may be sufficient.TIP: Check the ComfiLife version with the gel on top; it may be $5-$9 cheaper (it went on sale right after I bought the regular version). See:https://www.TRAKK.com/ComfiLife-Gel-Enhanced-Seat-Cushion/dp/B014F18ZGUUPDATE:For comparison, I also tried a $10 cheaper brand of nearly identical proportions and appearance:OVEYNERSIN Seat Cushionhttps://www.TRAKK.com/gp/product/B07SZ7VSZN/I find the OVEYNERSIN about 15-20% denser (unscientific hand squeeze test), and _slightly_ more comfortable and supportive than the ComfiLife. I rate it 3.75 stars (versus 3.3 for ComfiLife), but your butt may prefer ComfiLife.

My back is definitely grateful that I bought this. It does flatten a bit after hours but I'm super heavy and so far it's been the best cushion I've acquired.

I wish I could get paid for giving reviews.Okay so I just received this, so far it meets my expectations. The back support (bought the chair and back support together) it more softer. The seat is sturdier but its made to last not to flatten (my theory)I like it and it'll save my butt in the long run! (No pun inteded)

Use this in golf cart while playing golf and it does seem to help sciatic pain. Anxious to try on long drive for same reason. Recommended by a friend who loves his and the pain relief.

Does absolutely nothing for me. I've been using it all week with no relief whatsoever. I might as well not even be sitting on a cushion.Update: I've used it for a few more days, thinking I just needed to adjust...worst "cushion" I've never bought. Doesn't help in the least.

I now have 2 of these cushions. It has helped me avoid low back and hip pain. Restaurants are using hard seats which cause me pain. I take the cushion to restaurants and many theaters. I have one for home as it helps my posture. It is a little high for me as I'm very short. It takes a few minutes for it to lower with my body weight. I'm not overweight so it takes time to conform. I've found I use it more than I thought I would.
