“I don't know which does more damage to the body- standing or sitting all day- but I've done both- and the pain on all my joints is murder from standing, but sitting really does a number on the circulation as well as your neck, spine and rear. I've also tried many different seat cushions over the years and none make you feel comfortable, but a few will let you sit in less pain, and this ComfiLife Coccyx Orthopedic Memory Foam Office Chair and Car Seat Cushion for Back Pain and Sciatica Relief is the best so far for leaving me sit all day with less pain.I use this on different types of chairs- not just office chairs, but even dining room or table chairs- as long as the chair is wide enough, the cushion is great. The cushion doesn't flatten out, but supports your seat all day. The opening in the rear of the cushion lets your tail bone not get compressed, which causes the most pain, so you are finally feeling pain free. The cushion has a nice washable cover with a handle for carrying. I have a lot of back issues from standing in factories for decades as well as sitting at a sewing machine and my computer for hours on end. I love being able to sit with such firm support where I need it- and not any pressure on my tail bone, and it stays in place on your chair too. This is the best cushion so far that I've found for sitting pain free, so I have to give it 5 STARS.”
“Helps with relieving pressure points when sitting on a wood chair without any cushion. Removable and washable cover is good. The suede fabric may attract cookie crumbs, but then that's why the fabric cover is removable. So watch it when pouring the froot loops.Just FYI. The description says "Made in USA" but it is not. It tag says made in China. Durability is currently unknown since I've only had this seat cushion for a couple weeks. Taking a star off for inaccurate description.”
“I am very pleased with my new cushion! The fabric on the back keeps it from scooting out of place, it has a small raised hump in the middle of one end of the pillow that fits into the small of your back if you wish to flip it, & it's extremely comfortable! I highly recommend it!”
“Prime came through in delivering two of these for me and my partner on our drive between Arizona and Montana. Provided immediate relief from our sciatica pain. While the cushions are not very breathable (I doubt any latex foam-type material would be for this use) and do add 2-3' of height from the seat, we had no issues with head clearance in our 3-Series GT, which has a lower-slung roof.”
“I have been suffering with sciatica for over a year off and on. It has been especially Troublesome while I drive. I tried back braces and a couple other things, and decided to give this cushion a try. So far it has helped ease the pain while I'm driving. But I have learned you have to make sure it is positioned in just the right place. You may need to fiddle with it and experimental little to get just the right position. But I do very much recommend this product”
“I had an old cushion I bought when I broke my tailbone a few years ago that was very worn out so I decided to order this cushion when I was ordering a new office chair. This new cushion is like sitting on air, it is so comfortable. I was using a dining room chair temporarily as an office chair and it was hard and miserable and I was counting the days until my new one arrived. Then this cushion arrived before the new office chair and after I put the cushion on it,it was like night & day. I didn't even realize I was sitting in a hard dining room chair, and I was sitting in it 10 hours a day to work, once this cushion was on it. This cushion was amazing.
