The cushions provided support and actually prevented us from experiencing pain. My wife liked it as it gave her a bit more height in the seat.”

“This pillow is fantastic. Feels almost like a massage for your, um, "seat." Makes my office chair nice and comfy - my coworkers have tried it and love it and are jealous. I have a busted disc that makes sitting for long periods of time painful, and so I need to relieve pressure on my tailbone. Without this pillow I start having pain and numbness within an hour, but with this wonderful pillow I last all day in comfort. Great product!”
“This cushion has helped me through pinched nerve pain. When I had a severely stuck nerve, I could not seat or bend. I could only seat with this cusion. I was able to seat for hours without having the need to go up. I would recommend as it is still in great condition after long use.”
“Nothing in particular to the dislike about this product, it's just that I have to readjust it everytime I get into the car but that is due to the car seat design. The only thing I really don't like about it is the fact that the foam takes a good 20 to 25 minutes to sink to the point where feels comfortable for me. But that shows that they used good quality foam to make this cushion. Overall, this is a good cushion, is just not perfect for me but it may be for you”
“My review is different than most you will read. I did not buy it for the features of comfort for your tailbone, etc. I think that it would be a great pillow for that, however, I have no evidence of that. I bought this pillow because my husband bought a car (I didn't want, lol) that I could not see over the steering wheel to drive and feel safe. I am short and many of the newer cars have you sitting in a bucket. I didn't like that feeling even in the passenger seat. I purchased cushions that are used on kitchen or dining room chairs and had to stack 2 of them so I felt like I could really see well. With that said, I didn't feel safe because if there was an accident I wasn't sure how those pillows would slide. I eventually discovered this pillow and because it's about 3 inches high it is perfect! However, it is a little larger than the inside portion of the seat so I have to adjust it a lot to get it into the right spot. It's suppose to take about 30 minutes for it to soften up, I haven't found it to do that yet. While I wish it was a tad bit softer I would also be concerned that it might flatten, so I won't deduct any stars for that.The instructions say not to leave in a hot vehicle. Well, that's a little impossible since I live in Arizona and it is HOT! So we will see what happens with the pillow this summer.Overall, I like the pillow and highly recommend for someone who needs a little height to feel safe driving their vehicles.”
“It took a day for me to get used to it. I sit as a teacher at home now and I don't have a desk chair just a folding chair. It was making my bum hurt so bad. I figured why not order and see if it works since it was on sale. I am so glad that I did. The pain stopped and I have been telling everyone of my co workers about it.”
