“I also have the gel-enhanced cushion at home. I have a preference for this one. Really helps for tailbone pain. I also have sitbone/hip pain (injury), so it's a somewhat helpful support cushion, but not quite the remedy for that also. I have long-term coccyx pain, and this cushion & shape (the horseshoe without the cushion) works better for me than solid wedges (which also offer help).”
“Provides the support I need for a couple of great chairs I have that had become uncomfortable due to lower back/sciatica pain. Not too soft. Not too stiff. The only con is that I am 5'-8" and could have used a deeper seat pan. Also, the pic should be turned around. The cut-out is for the base of your spine. The lettering goes in front. “I use these when on extended plane rides. Those airplane seats have become thinner and thinner to save $ for the airlines. Unfortunately, this results in a sore butt for the duration of the trip. “I use this in my car and it really helps on any length of trip. I have a lot of arthritis issues and AS so I get very stiff easily from sitting. This is very soft and molds to you. It does make you sit up higher in the seat which is something to consider if you're tall. Also be aware: when it's cold out it gets very hard! It takes only a few minutes to warm up but be careful.”
