“I've been using it for a few days at my office. I have been struggling for weeks from severe lower back and hip pain. When I concluded it was from my current office chair I tried a few different chairs with no luck. For the price and reviews I thought I would give the cushion a try. For the first time in weeks the pain has started to subside. I have changed some of my habits, but the cushion at this time appears to be helping.
