“Received this item 2 weeks ago and have been using it on my computer chair since. I wanted to wait to review this cushion in order to give a fair review. It has greatly relieved the pain I have in my lower back. I can now sit at the computer for at least an hour without having to get up due to back and leg issues. I'm a large person and the cushion does compress but comes right back up once I get up. I'm very pleased with this cushion. I have purchased others(much more expensive) that have not nearly been as comfortable for me. I like the fact that the cushion has the U shaped cut out that is placed toward the back. It relieves sooooo much pressure for me. I would not hesitate to purchase another one of these cushions and will tell my friends and family about the relief I have received from this purchase.”

“I have given this cushion a good shot as I ordered in Aug. and wanted to try it for a decent amount of time before reviewing. I find the cushion hard when you first sit on it. After sitting on it for a while it becomes very thin. Either way both were uncomfortable and I never felt fully "aligned" when using it. I feel my lower back pain has increased from using this and I'm very stiff after sitting on it. I will say the cushion is very well made. I was hopeful as it worked for so many people, it just didn't fit my needs.”
“Really thick seat cushion. Awkwardly thick. Hard thick. Didn't alleviate my tail bone pain. It actually exacerbated the issue, I had throbbing aches at the tail bone for hours after use. Also caused leg cramping. This is not the magic memory foam of like a Casper, Nectar, or Tuft & Needle mattress but more like ghoulish memory foam of the demon doll in Annabelle.”
“I bought this cushion because I have 3 ruptured discs in my lower back and riding in the car was becoming painful. My car is 14 years old so I figured maybe I wore out the seat! The memory foam is great but I think it is too thick. I am tall and it puts me VERY high in my seat. If you live in an area where it gets cold, you will have to take the cushion inside each time you leave the car as the memory foam becomes very hard in the cold temps. I think it has helped with my back pain, but it is often hard to tell. I would imagine that it would be great for someone in a wheelchair as there is relief for your tailbone with the cutout.”
